about us

Inspired by the places we love, the moments we want to hold onto, and the women who have supported us along the way.

At Eastwood Terrace, we believe jewelry should take you somewhere. Maybe it’s a memory - salty air and sun-warmed shoulders on a summer trip. Maybe it’s a feeling - confident, collected, and ready to move mountains in a board room. Or maybe it’s both.

We’re a woman-owned jewelry studio in Norfolk, Virginia, creating and curating beautiful pieces that blend precious metals with earthy, meaningful, natural materials and gemstones like African trade beads, recycled glass, natural wood, and freshwater pearls. Our collections are inspired by slow, golden days and coastal places we adore—from the marshes in the lowcountry to the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast.

Each piece is crafted in our light filled studio or curated and thoughtfully selected to ensure quality and originality in small batches. From ready-to-wear pieces to design-your-own unique custom pieces, Eastwood Terrace celebrates meaningful style you can wear every day, without ever blending in.

We believe in pretty things with purpose–jewelry that’s made to last and made to matter. Our aesthetic lives somewhere between timeless and well-traveled: relaxed but polished, classic with a spark of the unexpected. We exist for the everyday moments, the big milestones, and everything in between. For the friend who always finds the perfect gift. For the bride who wants to design earrings for her bridesmaids to wear on her big day. For the mom selecting the perfect charms for her daughter’s graduation necklace. For the woman who wants to celebrate herself by wearing something that feels like her.

So whether you wandered in from around the corner or followed the coastal pull from farther away, welcome. We hope our pieces remind you of the places and people you love—and maybe inspire a few new adventures of your own.

Meet the Founder

I’ve always loved jewelry…learning stringing techniques at jewelry camps as a child, tweaking costume jewelry in college to make it more me, taking off from work to revel in my jewelry making side hustle, selling bracelets at dawn at my classmates’ request following our early morning HIIT class. Even when life pulled me in other directions, I kept coming back to this creative outlet that I enjoyed. It made me feel grounded and inspired.

For 20 years, I worked in the corporate world, from marketing for a multi-million dollar restaurant hospitality group, to selling audits and professional services for a top 10 CPA and consulting firm. But after years of wear, long hours and stress, it was time to do serious soul searching. The burnout was real, and my young children shifted my perspective and priorities for the better. I knew it was time for a change. I took the leap and left my job at the peak of my career, finally taking the risk to follow the nudge I’d been feeling for years: to turn my side hustle into something real.

Eastwood Terrace started on my dining room table. Trunk shows led to local events, and the stars quickly aligned - I moved into a beautiful shared studio space on Colley Avenue, joining a few incredibly talented local creatives, and everything clicked. What was once a hobby became a brand rooted in meaning, memory, and a whole lot of heart.

Eastwood Terrace is a nod to the kind of neighborhood we all dream of - where home feels safe, spirited, and full of everyday magic. It represents the things I love most: the easy pace of front yard coastal life, the salty breeze that slows you down, and the memories that shape who we are. My designs are a reflection of the places I’ve called home over the years and the destinations I've taken off to explore and cherish.

Today, I design with women like you in mind - women who deserve to feel confident, celebrated, and connected to the moments that matter most. My hands are tired (in the best way!), my heart is full, and I’m so grateful to be doing what I love.

With gratitude,

Sarah
